PROJECT SUMMARY:

IoEnergy has been a GXO facility retrofit partner since 2017. In that time, we’ve upgraded the lighting for approximately 1.9 million square feet of GXO workspace. While the primary objective has been to lessen lighting maintenance while improving workplace safety and occupant comfort, these upgrades have, by default, also resulted in increased operational efficiency and lowered energy costs.

 

Through our years of working with GXO, we’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of their facility portfolio and what is possible through strategic lighting retrofits in terms of safety, savings, and efficiency. This knowledge helps us roadmap maintenance and comfort upgrades that can improve GXO’s sustainability profile, while driving down costs.
